Our local warehouse is located in Ghala, Muscat. We constantly keep a sufficient quantity of frequently needed parts, i.e. fast-moving items, so as to minimize lead-time.

If any required part is not available in our stock, we will secure it from SANY regional parts center or the factory.

SANY guarantees to supply you genuine parts throughout the complete service life of your SANY machines. We strongly recommend you to use original parts, which have been designed and tested to give guaranteed performance and highest quality, thus increasing your uptime and reducing your operating costs uptime and reduce operating costs.


All brand-new SANY cranes come with a standard one year or 2000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first.

Our team of experienced, well-trained staff, along with SANY engineers, provides diagnosis, troubleshooting or regular check-ups based on the latest SANY technical and safety standards.

Our fully-equipped workshop in Ghala is capable of carrying out major overhauls, such as boom repairs, etc.

We also offer service agreements and planned maintenance packages to suit your business needs.
